Splatoon 2 Run Speed Up Sploosh Vs. Swim Speed Up Sploosh

I've been using both and I can't decide which is more optimal for competitive play. I like how you're able to strafe hits better with RSU, but I also like how evasive you can be with SSU. Should I use the former or the latter or both?

Generally speaking, swim speed is more effective, especially with how run speed got nerfed. I'd bet on that.
