Did you know? We have our own channel on irc.foonetic.net, courtesy of R_Hunter, a Squid/Kid in our rival guild, SquidFAQs.
If you, like me, didn't know what the heck that meant, let me save you some time:
1. Get an IRC client. If you're using Chrome there's an app called CIRC you can install. If you're using Firefox there's a plugin called ChatZilla you can use. (You can also search the net for a stand-alone program if you want, but these addons are the easiest way to get started.)
2. In chat, type "/server irc.foonetic.net"
3. Also in chat, type "/join #FreshSquids"
4. All done! You can now chat freely with anyone on the same channel.
