Should I Reroll?

Was going for Run Speed Up/Swim Speed up. Got this first try when leveling. Should I reroll, or should I keep and use the Squid Hairpiece for speed/swim speed instead?

I would keep it. But thats me.

There is also a blue visor you could try and get speed on. I saw it on someone the other day. I have it. But one slot is different.
