I don't know what in particular you enjoy about Wiper, like if it's the kit, playing at midrange, playing up close, having a lot of mobility in general, painting, etc etc etc.... but I was a Wiper Deco one trick for a long time and there's a shooter that can cover most of these bases while also not being hard to pick up. I'd suggest Stamper as well but it's much more difficult and feels very different to play, to the point where because I've been playing it so much lately and not nearly as much Wiper it's way harder to go back to Wiper lmao.

Dualie Squelchers might be the closest I'd say you can get. You don't fight up close at all but if you play at midline range more with it then you'll be used to not having the best kill time and will appreciate its mobility. If you prefer playing up close then the Splat Dualies might be better.

dcarbon (no bias i swear), splat dualies, dualie squelchers. these all fall onto the spectrum of mobility and/or aggressive diving (carbon is a little different, and is pretty patient before it dives for multikills, but i think this translates from wiper pretty well)

As a fellow wiper player, I’ve found it pretty easy to get into tri and naut when branching out. However depending on how (and why) you play wiper, these might not be your best choices.

For example: The reason I like playing wiper is because it has a lot of range and chip damage, so it can screw over certain weapons in 1v1s (think brellas, short range shooters), and it also has the ability to keep up with those same weapons because of how fast it moves. Those traits are why I enjoyed naut and tri, since they both share parts of what I like in wiper.

But if you play wiper like a pest, then you’d probably like tetras and squelchers more, since in those weapons the main commonality is speed over damage and/or range.
