So there's a weapons tier list created for the game on RankedBoost (which is pretty reputable for game metas/Tiers); https://rankedboost.com/splatoon-2/weapons-list/#shooter.
(As the game goes on and patchs/new weapons get released they'll update it)
I read over it, and for my personal opinions. It's pretty solid and makes sense when you think about each weapons kit and usages; The only grips I have with it are the tri-sloshers current placement (i believe it's pretty OP right now), the octobrushes placement (It's pretty powerful at the moment), and the fact that they have no effective weapons placed for rainmaker. (Which is understandable)
Also for those of you who want other tier lists as well; heres some other links/sources:
