Splatoon DLC

How do you get the DLC? I bought the game last night and hoped that I would be able to get it from the start.

I'm pretty sure you would've already got them, it's just that all of the new things in this update do require a bit of play time through the game, as Ranked mode requires Level 10 and the N-Zap requires a lower level in which I dunno about.
And the new map is available to all, it's just only available when it's one of the two stages on either the Ranked or Normal Stage Selection.
