Splatoon Inkling hat pattern

Hello all! I was recently thinking about getting my mother to knit me an Inkling hat(more like the girl pigtails, than the boy hairstyle). I was wondering if any of you knew of a pattern that existed. I'm probably going to use the hat for cosplays and such this summer(if it gets finished in time). All help is appreciated, and thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to read this thread/post.

I don't have any patterns that I know of, but I do know of a Splatoon hat/costume-thing there is, which maybe you could take something from that? However that works, anyways, here. [link]
