Statistics.

Splatnet already tracks a few different player stats, but I want MORE. Total splats, total times being splatted, wins/losses, distance ran/swam, ink quantity used, on and on and on. It'd be neat if the inevitable sequel had tons of stats you could look up for yourself (and only yourself).

Is this important or functional? Nope! But I love when games track all these kinds of minute details so you can look back and go "Wow, I did all that, huh?"

I really like it when games have details like that, such as Smash. It'd also be pretty cool if Splatoon had some kind of global leaderboard instead of ones with just friends. Leaderboards (in some games) can encourage me to play more to see how high up I can get.
