Store Glitch?

I have a really annoying problem with my game. Out of the hundreds of times I have played the game, I haven't seen a single item with comeback in my headgear store which really stinks since I wanted the traditional headband. Also almost every single time I play, this hat called the Jet Cap- is in the store. Is anyone else having this problem?

I see it alot as well. maybe each clothing item has a factor meaning its more likely or less likely to turn up in shops.
