It's not weird- 'Heights' is a name of a generic place such as "Terrace" or "Springs" or "Lake" that they use when naming an area. Examples: Lincoln Heights, Broadmoar Park Terrace, West Lake, etc.

It was during a preview event for press so it was a special test build.
