The hell is that charger weapon...???? (not seen in shop..)

I've only seen that weapon twice.

It's like the squiffers (which i hope get new sets..) but it's longer. it's black with green rings around the length, comes with splat bombs, and possibly bomb rush, i saw alot of bombs while avoiding one persons fire, ended up dying to one, and the killer was the person with that weapon. my phone was dead and my dazzle wasnt attached so i have no picture of it, but i know it is a charger. I dont know what level the first encounter was, or the name of the weapon, but this encounter was a level 20 player.

black, longer squiffer (same sound effect on shots) with green rings, splat bombs. suspecting some kinda early weapon access..
