How do you use the Drawing thing to make a picture, and how do you get a yeah!? by using mii verse?

You need a Miiverse profile, and you go to the mailbox in front of the lobby to post to Splatoon. Getting a yeah! is like getting a like, so it just depends on someone else clicking the button.

sometimes the YEAH! thing doesn't show up, for some reason, with some people.

With people in the lobby? It's probably because they didn't post anything, so there's nothing to Yeah!.

Sounds like your internet isn't exactly working or connected to the server. Happened to me a couple of times.

did post one thing but it didn't show up until week after I posted it, I am so confused.

My post for the new Splatfest is probably Gonna say I'm Dirty Dan or "With Spongebob, its the best day ever", or we stole a bomb! (instead of balloon.) and "Spongebob does better karate that Patrick though Patrick can drive", I don't know but it'll be funny. and I'm going for spongebob, I really don't like Patrick as much.
