Throwing multple suction bombs

I've seen this a few times where a player will throw multiple suction bombs, upto 5. What abilities do they have to do that?

Are they using bomb rush?

Being new, I'm not sure what 'Bomb Rush' is. Is that a Special ? Like where you can throw multiple curling bombs?

Actually no worries on this. I've just looked up a list of weapons and seen some have a 'Special' of Suction Bomb Launcher, so it will be one of those the player used. Thanks.
