Tips for my Dynamo set

My current set is:


Legendary Hat

Damage up: to make my flicks stronger and increase the OHKO range a little
Swim speed up and QR: I'm usually quite aggressive so I die a lot, these helps me getting back to the fight faster
Cold blooded: never used that one until recently. I'm finding myself killed a lot by chargers and other long ranged weapon when echolocated, dynamo is an easy target so this may be a viable way to minimize deaths
Ink saver main: after the patch the ink efficiency of the dynamo is terrible so I desperately need these 4 subs. I would've liked 5 but 4 are ok too
Ink resistance: I tried playing without it, can do it with other weapons, not with dynamo since I really need the extra mobility
Special saver and special charge: I would've preferred two special charge, but since I die a lot special saver may be useful too. Basically they serve to spam the echolocator more often. Not sure if the effect is noticeable with only these two subs
