MUST be Level 20 and up, MUST be Rank A- or higher in all modes, MUST have 50% of the story mode completed, NO Cheating/Hacking and, MUST be nice to teammates. I do not know if this will help, but I currently have the joint 12th fastest time in the world for the second boss fight.
