What was your first quad?

For me it was a s blast 91, 4 directs with long range mode in a row. What brings this up is that I recently got a mint Decav quad by literally just doing 1 dash slash. 3 with the blade and one with the projectile, I found it pretty funny. You guys tell me yours

It's funny you mention that Decav example because I got one where all four of the enemies got hit by the one-shot a few weeks ago.

For the first quad I ever hit, it was near the launch of Splatoon 3. It started with me throwing a Splat Bomb that killed one person first. Then I saw two people sitting in the Mahi-Mahi Splat Zone so I ran them down with Inkbrush and started swinging. None of us were that good at the game so I managed to knock them both out before they could respond despite the outer hits of Inkbrush's AoE being a bit finnicky. Then the fourth, a Carbon Roller player, ran up to me afterwards. I kinda didn't know what to do from here so I kept swinging and we traded.

It was one of my earliest ranked games (I did turf war exclusively for the first season and most of the second). On sturgeon, on tetras, I had the thought: what if instead of popping the rainmaker shield, I just go around and kill everyone on the other side firing at the shield?

It uh... it worked, somehow.

lol, I just realized that this doesn’t say just s3. But my first ever quad was in s1, where with custom range blaster, got 2 splat bomb kills and 2 kraken kills. And if anybody’s wondering why I got my first quad so late (bc 91 didn’t come out for a while” I took a large hiatus from 2020-2023, and came back late 2023. But yeah, that’s all

Uuh why would I remember my first quad? I get quads ALL THE TIME. Definitely. I can't even remember the quads I got yesterday because I lost count and I'm never bothered to clip them unless they're funny.

i think my first quad was a a year or two ago maybe longer?

i remember, for some reason the other team was like, all grouped up.
and i also remember thinking, "huh, maybe i can get a quad :P"
and then i shot them
then i got a quad
and i was very very happy because its really hard to do that with a charger (well, it was hard for me at least. unless you're like, really good and i just suck at chargers because ive only ever gotten like two quads in my entire life)

Ever since this thread out, I was looking through my Splatoon, two clips from time to time and the Earliest clip I found of myself getting a quad, was a triple from The super jump splashdown, trick (Yes, I was in C- ) And one kill with Sploosh On splatzones i)
