What would you think of Main Power Up being brought back without damage up?

I know the effects that increased damage were bad for the game in Splatoon 2 but a lot of the other ones I really liked, like squiffer having more range for example. I personally would like it to return in that way but I'd like to hear some opinions on it.

I think intensify action should be semi reworked to mpu in the sense that it gives benefits to weapons that don't have jump rng aside from just better squid surge and rolls.

Not really, the rest of the other MPU effects were pretty redundant (Brushes faster rolling speed, Faster Brella shield regen) or outright dumb (Jr, N-Zap, Squiffer/Liter Paint and Range increase)

Imo Intensify is fine because it's just better shot rng when jumping which is really nice for Blasters (now that Range doesn't have a worse effect than the others), they've also done some MPU-ish changes over some patches in the past-recently like Nautilus having a longer fire, Dynamo (1 Main MPU), Splattershot & Zap (3 Mains MPU for Ground RNG), Brella (Faster Regen) and Inkbrush (2 Subs MPU), so i think the way they're doing with some of these changes are pretty nice
