What's going to be the rules regarding Youtube/Twitch Content?

Hey guys,

I'm wondering how people who do video content should go about posting it. I don't think it would be good if twitch streamers are posting every time they are live with a new thread each time, and I could see people spamming youtube content as well.

Are there any rules in place?

If there isn't, I think a good idea for things concerning streamers would be a thread in which they can post that they are live, and just edit their post that saying it's done so that people can just check the last page of that thread to see who is currently streaming.

Just want to get things clear before the game comes out and I start making content.

I believe that it has been implied that there will be a section of this site, similar to that on MKBoards, where anyone can see members currently streaming.
