Will we actually get 3rd kits?

Splatoon 3 has a notorious issue of not giving out enough weapon kits through content updates,well have 2nd kits for every weapon by sizzle 2024,but it doesn't look like we'll get enough 3rd kits without serious content expansions,what do you guys think of this matter???

The first two games had content extensions, so I'd be shocked if Splatoon 3 doesn't as well.

At this rate, I'm sure there'll be at least some third kits for weapons, but getting a third kit for every weapon seems unlikely.

Seeing the bias theyve been giving the post launch main weapons,I definitely feel like they'll get 3rd kits

I think we will but it won't be as many third kits as we were hoping for. Side Order feels like it took way longer than anticipated to develop so I'm sure the devs have been intentionally dragging things out, but still the extra effort that went to Side Order makes me feel like we've kind of passed the point to make 3rd kits a fully consistent thing.

I'm not sure how much internal testing they run for kits but they gotta just commit to putting out a bunch of kits imo

I would not be surprised if they stretch second kits until sizzle 2024 and then we get a content extension.

I have a feeling that this game will also get the content extension like the others. However I also wonder if the reason for not getting as many kits as we want is because they have a majority of people working on Side Order. And maybe once they release Side Order they try to put more attention to weapon kits and additional content (gear, music, stage adjustments, etc.).
