Well, I disagree with the weapon triangle, and you didn't covered specials and sub weapons, the idea seems good, but is like an introduction, also a lot of people don't like to paint the base first, instead to make a wall and then use the base for charge the special and use it as a backfire.
With triangle again, that is really superficial, any solid player knows to deal with most weapon no matter what weapon they use, there's just a playstyle "rules" to follow, like, try to not directly for chargers, but If you have to, annoy them the more you can with your resources to make them lose their concentration/accuracy.
Also I believe Strategy=/=Technique, the first is how you approach the target(keep the zone, carry the fish, also the roles you can take...) and the second is focused on the things you do to stay alive and splat the most you can(like how to use the burst bomb as a E-liter user to prevent being splatted by close range rivals, burst cancelling, rolling the splat bomb, chargers flick, raindance with dynamos, etc).

And lastly, the image you posted is broken for me.

But the main idea is good, keep working on it.
