The .52 Gal is a good weapon for backstabbing as it kills very quickly. Added sub section on inkless travel, which increases the likelihood of catching people off guard.

Of course this does not increase by much, you only have one main ability and two subs. I did not find any capping, getting noticeable speed increases with every added main. In your video there are also differences, they are fairly small but still there.

I doubt that any of the abilities that are numerical do not stack, i just ran some tests on Swim Speed Up and it seems to stack just fine. Unless you have solid data to back any of this up the stacking hypothesis seems the most plausible (i think even Judd talks about it in one of his hints).
