The "tomato red" only appears in ranked, along with other ranked-only colors: light teal, pastel purple, pastel green, pastel blue, burnt yellow, and very dark blue. That's 7 ranked-only, I'm thinking there's one more that I'm not sure of. That would be 8 regular colors and 8 "rare" colors.
