Even though Splatzones and other ranked modes are supposed to be more "competetive", I think that turf war should be our go to mode since it is the most iconic and diverse mode that best displays the mechanics of the game. That said, I think we should try incorporating many modes into tournaments.

That's exactly what I imagine it as. Except I hope it is a little bit more complicated/unique. Like you have to take it to the other team's base AND you have to cover that base in your color or something extra like that.

I'm pretty sure this mode will be like Halo's Oddball where a person can pick it up and then it helps them in some way like raining their color ink around the player. The player then probably takes it into the other team's base like a capture the flag. I will be really surprised if it's not...

I think it is a Capture the Flag variant where the fish is the flag and when it is being held, it shoots out your team's ink vertically so that it rains down around you.

What if a particular piece of gear doesn't just have one set of perks? I mean the stats seem pretty arbitrary so I think if you wanted a particular piece of gear with certain stats you would just have to keep buying that item until you get the stats you want or wait until the store is restocked...
