Well idk if this counts but there was a guy named "Ryouto" written exactly like that trying to imitate a japanese name. In the same room, the same level, a Japanese person with the exact same name in kana showed up. It was funny.

As far as I understand it they use tools to download things even while banned so that didn't matter, it just means no normal online functionality. Manual tools that do that work.
