I think the opposite. I'd rather have the Bubbler stay as it is, and make the Kraken have 500 HP. Mostly because of the Kraken Roller, that has minimal downsides (compared to other Rollers), because of the ability to just flowchart like: can i kill sqweed from where i'm standing?>no>kraken.

For now, use your judgement as best you can. Figure out what you like. You've clearly spent enough time with the Chargers to have a pretty good idea of what kind of abilities would compliment your style.

The weapon itself is decent and a lot of fun to use. Since it has Sprinker and Inkstrike, I really don't think you could reasonably call it completely useless. You're gonna want Special Charge and Ink Efficiency gear to make the most of it.
