If Undercover got a 3rd kit, the specials and subs would need to hard carry the kit in order to be viable. So here is my opinions on each sub and special and how well it can mesh with the weapon.

It's no secret that .52 is almost universally hated by anyone that goes against it. However, it does more than just be a really good weapon. It fundamentally breaks everything in Splatoon 3. However, we need to first consider what makes it so good, before we understand why it doesn't fit.

it is still Goo though, and Squiffer is literally a better main weapon, with a decent kit to boot. I put it B tier because both Goos can counter others, especially Squiffer, thanks to their really good kits for this challenge.
