On EU side Retro has a lot good players. I only saw one really awful Retro team so far, others have been stellar. I'd think on EU Retro will win due to their quality squids and octos :p Ofc we'll have to see how it adds up in NA side aswell.

Oh boy yeah the grapples. I've gotten splatted quite a few times when I throw a triangle bomb on the mid platform - if it doesn't kill anyone and I get pulled in there I get killed instantly :rolleyes: But they've saved me more times than lead to my doom. I'd love to use a blaster in Splatfests...

I use the joycons attached to the grip thingy. My hands are extremely small so I don't have any discomfort with it.

I actually had a bad time with that rotation too! I didn't expect it at all, the weapons seemed not that difficult (for the randoms) but I got proven wrong very quickly.. well that seems to happen a lot now that I think of it, I might be too optimistic :D I do not want to bash on my teammates...

Oh man. Popcorn is actually my least favorite snack and I dislike the salty variation (having to drink constantly with them isn't fun). I'll be on the sweet side, but I'd expect the salty team to be more popular for sure in EU region!

Goldie waves can be tricky! But here's a funny one from a Mothership round today: two random squids using their specials at the same time - stingray blasting salmonoids coming from the shore and inkjet shooting at the approaching Mothership when it wasn't even taking damage yet :D Sorry Mr. Grizz!

I'll have to say Goby Arena simply because it's the only map I haven't had a good time on even once. It feels very cramped but at the same time very open, too much flanking and spawncamping happens here for my tastes. I can agree on this. On the new Moray Towers it's especially fun to sneak up...
