Zia sighed. Trek would probably never know that she had feelings for him, and it was highly unlikely he’d ever feel the same.

Burton jumps into the air and uses a gum burst to get to the space ninja, approaching them at eye level of the biggest one. “Hey blobs! Over here!” The largest space ninja lets out a strange warbling noise and turns to glare at Burton. “Miss me?” He says with a smirk, blowing and firing a bubble...

Zia comes over to Trek, her long, lean muscular legs getting her to his side in two strides. ”You called?”

Zia rolls her eyes at Cory and half-heartedly swats in his direction but was not actually intending to harm him. Cory knows this. He barely flinches and only has to swerve very slightly out of the way of her hand. ”I’m coming,” Zia’s translator choker says in her voice.

Burton pushes his glasses up the bridge of his nose with a determined expression. “Let’s go,” he mutters. Then, more audibly, he shouts to the others to stay back.
