We called it King Cake but I am not sure if that's the actual name. My dad would always call it 'choking hazard cake' lol

i know of it as galette des rois so "king cake" tracks lol. though i'm used to the item in the cake being a coin and not a baby (but i also wasn't aware it was a mardi gras tradition, so maybe the baby's specific to that?)
i've also never had one in real life. in fact i mostly know of these cakes from the storybook cutscene in ib.

(ib is one of my favorite games everrrr but do be aware it IS a horror game. it's not gory at any point - just like, very minorly bloody iirc - but most of its horror is in the atmosphere. rising tension, the fact there's creepy paintings that tend to come alive everywhere, etc etc. but if you're into that kind of horror i highly recommend it)
