Nerfing .96 is central to my plan for the shooter thread, since I'm nerfing .52 in a similar way. So now I have to go do a bunch of research into weapon accuracy falloff rates to counter-buff .96 such that it only gets a slap on the wrist. The delays continue.

Never mind. Delay averted. .96 can and will die alongside the others.
