-has some form of contact (iMessage, google chat, Skype, email)
-any age we don't care (but everyone in omega is in middle school/high school currently)
-casual and not competitive (mixture of both?)

we might join tournaments but just for fun

ok so here are the new requirements apparently (don't ask my friends made me)

-still in school so there's not a humongous age gap
-plays decently casualy

I mean it seems like a conflict of personality. Have you ever tried talking to the team cap about it? If you did and this still happens, it may be good to step back. It won't be easy but it'll be worthwhile I would even try forming your own group if you can. You're definitely presented with a wonderful opportunity to have Cephalo friends in your age group and to make memories.
