1. Don't force them to get to sniping locations on maps like salt spray rig by themselves.
Since you know they need the high ground, try to capture areas that they may want.
2. Help them out with sub weapons like beakons and ink mines or specials like the echolocator.
Anything to make their job easier.
3. If you see an enemy player try to ambush them, take Him/her out.
A charger deafeated means the enemy can push HARD, and in worst-case scenarios even get a lock-in.
