Splatoon 2 Any competitive splatoon 2 teams?

I've been looking to join a team for quite a while now, kind of gave up but giving this a shot. I am a+ all the way around. Want to be in the S rank, but I keep getting in servers with people who cannot play the game correctly. I would love to find a team to join and experience the game correctly, thank you in advance!
