Any (Other) Weapon Specialists Out There?

I'm a standard Jet Squelcher main, and probably always will be.

I use it in both Turf War and Splat Zones, and I never seem to stop finding more ways to make use of it's unique traits.

From my experience, these are the pros/cons of this weapon.

Pros:
Kite enemies with your massive range
People often don't expect massive range from a rapid fire gun, and can catch some people off guard
Spreads ink from far away, and can scatter it around a wide area very quickly (very annoying to clean this up in Turf Wars)
Inkwall sub weapon gives you a massive advantage when trying to take/defend any area
Inkstrike allows you to counter an enemy inkstrike, the best use for this gun considering it is already so good at harassing by spreading ink everywhere.
High mobility due to long range, allows you to move quickly through enemy ink and spread small splotches of ink everywhere by spinning and shooting (I play with max joystick sensitivity)
It's easy to minimize your deaths with this gun, as you're rarely put into incredibly dangerous or risky situations if you play it right.

Cons:
Bad at thoroughly covering places in ink (not a good choice for perfectionists lol)
Not very ink efficient, so you'll have to take the ink-saver main perk
Loses in close combat unless you have an inkwall up
Very slow walkspeed while shooting
Due to low damage, often has kills stolen by teammates
Enemies can react from getting "sniped" due to your low damage and can escape

I'm a pretty faithful .96 gal user. I love the Echolocator as a special. The ability to strip your opponent of stealth is huge. Lately i've been playing the Custom Jet Squelcher for its range, and I like Burst Bombs. They come in handy in ambush situations i've found.

Inkbrush forever. <3

Now, I'm not saying it's a perfect weapon (and I'm glad some other users in the forum think it's cool) but it is certainly one of the most unique weapons the game has to offer thus far. That is mostly because instead of raw firepower or coverage, it's general purpose is speed!

You can get to major choke points in the beginning of the game before opponents and allies and take control with the sprinkler, then get out before anyone has the ability to do anything. With well placed sprinklers and bursts, you can potentially get your Inkstrike faster than any other weapon I've seen. You cut through enemy territory like butter and have jukes for days.

Of course, you have to keep in mind weaknesses. With the shpeed of sanic, you need to make sure that you're not blindly running into enemy territory just to autodie (much like one needs to make sure not to superjump to a position where you're also autodie). Not only that, pay attention to your ink usage because damn, do you eat ink faster than a truck guzzles gas.

Still, I feel that the territory control with the sprinkler, the burstiness of the brush itself and the raw speed in movement and special charging can keep a whole enemy team busy in ranked if you know how to use your whole toolkit properly.

I use the Splash-O-Matic in both Turf War and Splat Zones. It has really good accuracy (better than the aerosprays with a similar fire rate), so it can kill well, and the fire rate allows it to cover turf really quickly. Also, the Suction Bombs and the Bomb Rush also have a good balance between kills and coverage. Both are a perfect medium for both Turf War and Splat Zones.

I rock with the RG in turf but I use the Splattershot Pro. One more level and I will get the Custom Blaster and eventually the Gold Dynamo Roller. Do you guys recommend one of the splatterscopes or the costom E-liter?

Originally, I mained the .52 Gal/Gal Deco, but lately I've come to really enjoy playing the Classic Squiffer. Its range is decent, and the mobility it offers is incredibly valuable for a charger weapon. It takes a lot more skill to be good with it than the Gal does; however, if you've got good aim and tracking skills, you can splat people with impunity.

The Point Sensor sub is a really underrated sub weapon for support and the ability to give your teammates Bubbler is game-changing.

It takes some getting used to, but I think it supports as well as, if not better than, the Gal.

I have played ranked exclusively with the Gold Dynamo Roller (which a lot of people seem to disrespect) and am currently at a B+ ranking with a lot of momentum behind me.
I have so few games against the dynamo rollers that I have no idea how to deal with them in ranked when they do pop up ; _ ;
The first few times I saw one I underestimated them and boy did I get spanked for it.

Also I don't really have a main right now, but the Splattershot Pro has never done me wrong.

Dedicated gold dynamo roller user did not play ranked till level 20 and had this weapon And have never turned back from using it....

Honestly it is superior to all the other rollers I think is horribly overhated and underrated by people. thoguh it does take skill to use.

I should explain by "weapon specialists" I mean using one weapon all the time in ranked or every 9/10 ranked matches. I have played ranked exclusively with the Gold Dynamo Roller (which a lot of people seem to disrespect) and am currently at a B+ ranking with a lot of momentum behind me.
I use the Nozzlenose fairly exclusively.

Aerospray RG user all the way. Fight me, lol.

In all seriousness, though, I love the Aerospray, and I regularly get over 1400 points each match now no matter what the stage.
