Are we allowed to invite a caster who is not a player?

That's absolutely fine with us, as long as they aren't giving any info that could help you and your team to you during the match.

Uh... Isn’t the time to early for JP players? It is 5:00AM in JST

We know, we are planning to change the time soon but we don't have someone from the area to help us out on certain times the tournament should take place, nor a sole organizer like the other ones.

I could help you out with that, but the tournament should start at least 4-5 hours later than the time listed on Challonge
