Best times to play

I was wondering if anyone has a grasp on what was the best time to play splatzones(with the most/best competition)
I remember one time playing and getting place with consecutive B lobbies.
BTW, I am in the eastern timezone. Thanks for any info given.

If your east like me, I'd say after 5 or 6pm.
I've always had good matches after those times. Which makes sense because that's when most people get home or get off work.
