Beakon missiles. I mean it. I’m serious. At this point, I feel like a way to enable vac and bubble to deal with Zooka is in order and if a backline with missiles is required to get it done, DAMMIT I’ll take it. Also another special forcing Pencil to move sounds nice imo. I actually think it’d be fine since Liter doesn’t get that many anyway and I have some hope it might open up a new kind of playstyle

Missiles on liter would actually be really cool, but it’s probably getting Kraken as a S1 reference kit, or maybe even Splashdown to balance out the two screen weapons (I hope it doesn’t get that, but it would be funny)

i had always liked the idea of dart + wail on e-liter for the funny infinite range chip damage for it to combo off of with partial charges, so if it got beakon + wail i think i'd be fine with that too. that being said my actual other kit prediction for e-liter was beakon + splashdown, so,,

The devs DO have a strange concept of "oh, if you're backline and you get rushed down, you click splashdown!" even though not a single backline player in the game's history has ever said "oh, that's such a good idea!"

Well, the concept did work with other specials like Eliter kraken in s1, Explo Baller before they made it heavy in s2, Hydra Booyah in S3 (it’s a good combination but Hydra in itself is not a very good main rn). Splashdown though doesn’t work and that’s exactly the one they’re likely trying make work when it simply doesn’t lmao
