Do Kills = Skill in Splat Zones?

Not really. Someone covering opposite-inked grounds or blank grounds to charge their super (be it Inkstrike, Bubbler or even Kraken) wouldn't only be kiling people and could potentially carry the team with potent supers. Kills are necessary, yes, but they don't determine skill.
