Anyway, I'm just looking for people who can give me what they get from there order when they order an item that has 3 full ability slots.

The probability depends. You see, the sub slots on gear are not completely random. Each piece of gear has a brand attached to it, and each brand has a sub ability that is 5X more likely to appear and one that is half as likely to appear.

So, here's the probability of gear with 3 of the same abilities
5X brand multiplier: 2.7%
No brand multiplier: 0.022%
0.5X brand multiplier: 0.003%

60% for 1 slots
9.5% for 2 slots
0.5% for 3 slots
