Fanmade Splatfest Themes

Splatoon 3 splatfests have been a bit mixed for me recently (more specifically the regional themes), so I wanted to see some of the other ideas that people have for splatfests! Decided to make a thread where people could dump their fanmade themes here, inlcuding details like ink colors, promo art, and even dialogue if you really want! Made my own recently, so I'll post it below.

Which do you like more: Tea, Coffee, or Hot Chocolate?
This idea came to me pretty randomly, and it just felt too good. I think tea or coffee could fit for both Shiver and Frye, but I knew Big Man had to be the one on team hot chocolate. I didn't want all brown ink colors, so I figured I'd use green tea to represent tea, and I think the shade of green I chose goes well with the browns and is much more unique. If I had to chose a team myself it would be tea or hot chocolate, I'm not really a coffee person :)

Oh, very cute fest idea! I'd definitely be Hot Chocolate, that's my go-to when I want a warm drink of any kind.

I think a fest along the lines of "Where do you spend your vacation" would be cute, like Zoo V Theme Park V Beach. One of the big appeals to me for Splatfests is the Splatfest art we get, so that'd mostly just an excuse to see Deep Cut having fun on vacation lol

so at first i was like "hmm we already had a pronunciation-based splatfest, why not run with that idea?" and thought of this (i tried making drawings for this but it sucked so you get. this.)

i think shiver would argue that "errm soda is the ACTUAL WORD FOR IT" and frye would be like "ok but i've called it pop all my life so It's Pop" and big man just thinks cola sounds the coolest
and then i was like. hmm. ice cream splatfest happened. why not follow it up w a cake one?
feel free to argue abt idol placement w this, though i think shiver would be team whipped frosting bc it's the least sweet

Yeah you're right, the art for this one would be awesome! I love the art too and I'm super glad something like splatoon base exists cuz it's nice to have it all in one place (even if it hasn't been updated in a while)

i really considered choosing a different frosting that wasn't fondant, but i kinda wanna see r/fondanthate take over splatsville /j
frye could honestly be team buttercream imo, wasn't thinking much on placement outside of whipped (was focusing more on color lmfao)
maybe replace fondant w/ royal icing?
