We have an anime thread as linked by @Trieste Sp , but I'd have to say that my favorite anime are Bakemonogatari, Anything with Hiroyuki Imaishi, and Mobile Fighter G Gundam. It could be argued that my favorite anime movies are Disappearance of Haruhi and Lagann-Hen.
