Find a squad to play with

Hello!!

I'm relatively new to Nintendo and therefore Splatoon.
I was wondering what the best way is to find a squad to play with.

A little bit about me.
My name is Johan.
I'm from the Netherlands, 28 years old.

I played before the Switch a lot on the ps4. There on i played Destiny and liked the app to find a fireteam, was hoping that Splatoon would have something similair.

If you want to be in a team with me that would be great :)
