... did anything else even get point sensor? as far as i'm aware there isn't

also dart would have literally 0 combos with gloogas (unless you count 2 dual-fire shots but... no), and gloogas do not need something to paint their feet since, as you said, they already have dodge rolls. the end lag doesn't really negate is as much as you say since the rolls are pretty long; if you use both at once you can get a very sizable distance away from people, enough that they'd at least have to worry about returned fire if they try to chase you
I’m taking about this current season, chill season 2023, where we got cBlaster and nPainbrush with sensor. Both have main weapons that can hit under ledge, and don’t need sensor to cover that purpose.

Back to glooga: Glooga turret fire doesn't combo. But its also not a weapon that gets damage combos. Like other gal-type weapons, it also sacrifices combo numbers for a higher damage main weapon. It does combo with spread mode, but thats a very niche situation.

As for the movement bit: (I need to test some things now, this is very much an in-progress understanding) when you dodge roll, you both use up one of your rolls and remove many of your options due to the end lag, same with every dualie. Marker gives you a bit more freedom, with the added bonus of being able to paint walls noticeably faster than you can with the main. Its not a huge thing, but it adds some of the speed and fluidity that the dualie class is known for back to gloogas.

ohh right okay, i don't disagree with that then yeah. was genuinely kinda sad when painbrush got sensor instead of dart

the thing is like, i don't think marker is really that helpful for movement. i'd much rather spent 16% of my ink tank using two dodge rolls to get much further away than the 40% line marker floor paint would get me. the main utility of line marker, to me, is the fact that it's the fastest method of chip damage of any sub weapon, and since gloogas can't use that utility at all, i'd say a line marker would be nearly useless on it. it's very similar logic to why i would have been depressed if it got ink mine back, because i actually have no clue what the utility of mine on gloogas ever was for it back in s2. point sensor does actually give it utility because it's a weapon that can take advantage of location well (and line marker does not provide location very well at all, i'm sure we agree on that)

It's a pretty good kit, especially for this seasons standards(that doesn't honestly mean much)
I have a big problem with it being a repeat kit of Machine Neos kit though
There's so many kit combinations this game could have and instead of giving Gloogas a bomb, they give it a utility sub which they've shown to have a big preference for when deciding kits.
I would have wanted it to get Fizzy instead of unnecessarily having two weapons with the same kit, which they did with ttek for Slosher as well.
I'm biased ofc I play Machine and anyone who doesn't would have a more unique experience with this kit, but I want variety and more bombs on non shooters.
