Splatoon 2 Going about starting a clan. Tips and suggestions

Hey, everyone! Hope your holiday season is going well.

I want to start a clan or join an existing clan. Anywhere on these forums I can go about doing that?
I'm part of many groups on facebook but they do not allow us to share new groups, etc.
I figured these forums would be helpful but I don't really see people posting about clans, groups, etc.

The reason I am wanting to do this is for 4 player League. I'd love to have a group of individuals to network with.

I recommend (as a team leader myself) Searching around on Squidboards and Twitter. You can usually find a lot of good players this way. Have you looked at the Squid Locator or Groups forums? There are quite a few players looking for a team there.
