Rb is a bit strong, I just think pencil is the issue

and also the zooka change is laughably negligible it seems Nintendo doesn't fully understand why we don't like zooka the way it is and would much prefer something like jetpack to take its place

This is not true, as they say in the link I sent -

"With the Trizooka, we made changes to increase the opening when used on an opponent at close range, and also slightly increased the time to find a safe place to take cover after hearing an opponent’s Trizooka’s activation noise."

This summarizes every issue people wanted fixed with Trizooka. Whether or not you think the patch did enough to nerf it is up for debate, I personally am waiting to see for myself after the latency stuff gets changed, but it's not really fair to say they don't understand the problem.

I guess now that you say that I do see how they understand the problem I am just very disappointed in it only being changed by 5 frames
Perhaps it is just my S1 vet self knowing that it will STILL be much less reactable than s1 zooka but who knows maybe those 5 frames will feel really good with the lag fix we shall find out soon
