Has anyone else gotten some rare dialogue that they can't get again?

I entered the Cooler Heads shop and got this funny little dialogue, I never got it again! Not sure how to replicate this, but if anyone knows how to get more choices, please tel me/ correct my understanding of how the text appears.https://miiverse.nintendo.net/posts/AYMHAAACAAADVHkMMGr6KA

I'm pretty sure this text appears every time you level up (or get fresher) and then go into the shop.
