A group of friends and I have a clan for Splatoon and are looking to add some more people. Having skype and a mic is mandatory. We are not going to allow anyone into the group however, we have to like you and have at least decent skill. If you are interested, please leave your skype username

There is a whole section completely for splatoon squads/clans. You might want to post your Clan in there ("Squad Social").

However, you're description is really short and has no details. Most Squads have detailed descriptions, etc. You might want to write more than "YOu need skype, you have to be good and we have to like you" if you really want members.
