The name's KurashiDragon. (Dark/Kuroi Storm/Arashi Dragon/Dragon :P) After playing the demo last night and this morning, I decided to join this site. Truth be told, I fear Splatoon's longevity but for what it is, the game is absolutely great and I hope to see more. I joined this site for that reason. :D

Even if the game's initial longevity isn't that long, I feel the August update will breathe life into the competitive scene. Welcome to Squidboards.

Still, waiting 3 months for that might be enough to turn people off the game initially and initial impressions mean alot to a games longevity. I'll still be getting the game Day 1 because I love what it has to death, I just worry that it wont be enough to keep the game's player base high.
