How do I play Splat Zones / Ranked Battles?

I'm level 10 and it still isn't available.

That comes out when a certain amount of people in the community reach level 10, as of right now we only have Turf War. Give it about a week or so.

I'll be unlocked when a sizable amount of people have reached Level 10. I'll probably be around 1-2 weeks.
