Hello so I just wanted to throw this idea out about how every team, no matter the organizational structure, can help to make tournaments run faster. Slow tournaments have been a big problem in the past and by following these steps it will make it easier and quicker for teams to get on to their next match.

First of all, voice chat is very helpful in coordinating your matches and in matches as well. It's important to be able to talk with your team members in order to make the next steps run more smoothly.

Second, you want to divide up the main tasks into easier to manage smaller tasks that each member can do, instead of letting all of the organization and coordination fall on your captain. The main jobs a captain usually has to do are get in contact with the opposing team and share information, make the room, set the matches, and most importantly, find the next opponent. However these jobs can be easily split up that way everybody does them at the same time.

One person's job should be to find the opposition (probably on challenge) and get their nnid, then add the nnid. While he does that, another should create the room and let everyone know when it's up. Another person should be in charge of keeping track of the maps and modes, while the last person can be double checking things, contacting tournaments organizers about scores or disconnections, or streaming to make sure everything is running smoothly.

It's important to note that only one person should be contacting the opposition so as not to confuse them when they need to sub out or anything.

Another key thing is that you need know what your job is, and let the other players on your team know what is happening in call.

Let me know what you guys think in the comments about this way of organizing. It's sounds a little complicated, but it's much easier in practice. Thanks!
